Dr. Herrmann has been in the Women’s Health Practice for over 4 decades. During his time serving the women of Belleville, he’s completed thousands of newborn deliveries and helped even more women improve their quality of life and feel their best.
Emily Dermody, NP
Nurse Practitioner

Emily Dermody is a doctorally-prepared, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Her passion for women’s health and advocacy is supported by her prior nursing experience in labor and delivery at Missouri Baptist and St. Elizabeth hospitals. Emily is a lifelong learner and strives to provide comprehensive, patient-centered healthcare.

I have worked for Dr. Herrmann since 1980. In my freetime, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my granddaughters. I also like trivia and crossword puzzles.
Barb Heinzl
I have been happily working for Dr. Herrmann since 1992. In my freetime, I enjoy spending time with our amazing grandchildren and family. Additionally, I enjoy boating with my family and friends.
Dawn Kohnen
I have had the pleasure of working for Dr. Herrmann since 2004. In my freetime, I enjoy reading, camping, cooking, sewing and spending time with my family.
Linda York
I have been employed as a medical assistant in Dr Herrmann’s office since 2004. In my freetime, I really enjoy spending time with my grown daughter, Eliza, and my three dogs. Additionally, I enjoy reading and going to the movies.
Hayley Schertz
Hello! I’ve been working for Dr Herrmann since August 2022. I have 4 dogs and I highly enjoy riding horses in my free time. I plan to pursue a degree in nursing soon.
